I personally tend to attract towards people who are good with their use of language and in a professional setting, it is very important to choose our words wisely. I think a person who has mastered a language can easily be considered as someone who has a better communication ability because mastering a language does not mean only learning the alphabets or sentences rather it means to learn how and when to use appropriate words which will make a person sound more accountable. Communication in personal life and work places is different because in a workplace setting, the communication is more formal and having a good hold on formal language can definitely gain power
